Refund and Return Policy

At Think Sapling, we strive to provide meaningful learning experiences. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a payment.


1. Free Sessions

  • All free intro sessions are completely free.
  • No payment is required, hence no refund applies.

2. Paid Workshops

Refunds for paid workshops are subject to the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Refund:

  • Cancellation request made at least 48 hours before the workshop start time.
  • Technical issues from our side that prevent access to the session.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Missed sessions due to personal reasons
  • Partial attendance
  • Change of mind after the workshop starts
  • Community membership fees once access is granted

3. Community Membership (₹199/month)

  • Community access fees are non-refundable once access is provided.
  • This helps us maintain a focused, ad-free, and committed learning space.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Student name
  • Registered email
  • Reason for refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.


5. Changes to Policy
