“The best way to predict the future is to design it.”

Hi, I’m Neha.

I’ve spent the last 6+ years at the intersection of human behavior and innovation. With a background in Psychology and years of practicing Design Thinking, I’ve seen firsthand how the right framework can turn a "good idea" into a "world-changing solution."

Why I started Think Sapling:

As a psychologist, I know that the teenage brain is in a magnificent state of “neuroplasticity.” It is a biological goldmine for learning. However, I noticed a global problem: our education systems often prioritize rote memorization (what to think) over cognitive agility (how to think) By sticking to textbooks, we are missing the chance to activate a teenager’s full potential during their most critical developmental phase.I created Think Sapling to bridge the gap between classroom learning and realworld doing. I wanted to give kids the “stimuli” they actually need, challenges that spark curiosity, empathy, and grit.

Design Thinking isn’t just a business buzzword for me; it’s a way of life. It’s about:
Empathy: Deeply understanding people before trying to fix their problems.
Creative Courage: Having the confidence to brainstorm without fear of being “wrong.”
Rapid Iteration: Learning that every “fail” is just a step closer to a win.

I’m not just here to teach; I’m here to help a new generation of “Saplings” grow into the architects, leaders, and innovators the world is waiting for.
